Overdue Items
Overdue letters which include the cost of the items checked out are sent out at the beginning of each month. After being 60 days overdue the items will be charged to the patron’s account and the patron’s account will be frozen until the items are paid in full or returned.
When returning the overdue item it must be in excellent condition; no damages otherwise the patron will be responsible for payment of the item.
Once an item is paid for the patron has six (6) months to find the item and return it for a refund. A refund will be given if the item is in excellent condition, current and the patron has a receipt showing they paid for it.
