President, Betty Girouard called the Vermilion Parish Public Library Board of Control meeting to order on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Abbeville Library at 9:00AM. The following members were present: Jane Barras, Betty Girouard, Melanie Hensgens, Yolanda Broussard, Anita Levy, Jason Connor and Leon Broussard, Police Jury ex-officio member..

Absent: Bridget Winters

Guest were: Eugene Sellers, Jr., Charlotte Trosclair, director, and Amy Stelly, business manager

Prayer was led by Mr. Jason Connor

Pledge of Allegiance was led by Ms. Anita Levy

On the motion of Ms. Anita Levy seconded by Mr. Leon Broussard and carried the board unanimously voted to accept the November 19, 2019 meeting minutes. There were no public comments.
