President, Betty Girouard called the Vermilion Parish Public Library Board of Control budget hearing to order on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the Abbeville Library at 5:00PM. The following members were present: Jane Barras, Betty Girouard, Melanie Hensgens, Yolanda Broussard, Jason Connor, Anita Levy, Leon Broussard, Police Jury ex-officio member and Bridget Winters.

Absent was: None.

Guest were: Charlotte Trosclair, library director, Amy Stelly, business manager and Felicia Willams.

There being no public comments and upon motion of Ms. Anita Levy and seconded by Mr. Leon Broussard the hearing was adjourned.

President, Betty Girouard called the Vermilion Parish Public Library Board of Control meeting to order on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the Abbeville Library at 5:00PM. The following members were present: Jane Barras, Betty Girouard, Melanie Hensgens, Yolanda Broussard, Jason Connor, Anita Levy, Leon Broussard, Police Jury ex-officio member and Bridget Winters.
